Adds Tokens Forge to the API relay platform list in both English and Chinese sections.\n\nDisclosure: I am adding this on behalf of Tokens Forge. The entry uses the direct site URL, does not include a referral link, and keeps the feature wording factual. Tokens Forge provides an OpenAI-compatible API for GPT, Claude, Gemini, and routed models, with API key management, usage ledgers, separate official Credit and routed wallet balances, and AI research workflows.\n\nValidation: checked the inclusion criteria and ran git diff --check.
